This banana-Nutella “ice cream” recipe is awesome for several reasons. One, it tastes great. Two, it’s quite healthy. Three, it only has two ingredients: Nutella and bananas. And fewer ingredients means less money, which is why this recipe is a part of my second $10 Food Day series.
I should mention that this isn’t really an ice cream recipe, hence the quotes around “ice cream”. There is no actual cream in it. But cream will be the last thing on your mind when you take a bite of this deliciousness.
I’m all about healthy dessert recipes, especially ones that don’t taste like they’re healthy, per se. If you feel the same way, you should check out my Pinterest board devoted to healthy desserts.
- Bananas (4) = $1.00
- Nutella (1/3 cup) = $.90
