If you’re following a paleo or Whole30 diet, you know how important snacks are to your success.

Last summer, I started a paleo diet. I was able to keep it up for about two months, but then I feel off track for awhile. To get myself back on track, I decided to do Whole30. I didn’t struggle at all, mostly because I kept a variety of snacks on hand. Although I didn’t have snacks every day, there were times when I felt like I needed a little boost before my next meal.

  • 1/2 avocado
  • Guacamole and vegetable dippers
  • Olives
  • Olive tapenade
  • Mixed nuts
