Balsamic vinegar

So you just bought a jar of balsamic vinegar at a gourmet oil and vinegar store – and now what?!?

Luckily, there are a bunch of things to do with balsamic vinegar. Start out by reading the article “17 Uses For Gourmet Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar”. You’ll find that these food products can be used as bread dips, pizza flavorings, dessert pick-me-ups, and much, much, more.

For some specific recipes, check out the other three posts, below. The fully loaded Brussels sprouts is a personal AND reader favorite. You can’t go wrong with that jam-packed recipe.

If you’re entertaining guests and want to serve something fancy (yet really easy and cheap!) check out the sauteed cherry and goat cheese toasts – topped with, you guessed it, balsamic vinegar.

Whatever you do, don’t let those gourmet balsamic vinegar bottles you bought on vacation go to waste. Get creative and have fun!
