Andes Mint bark recipe from Cheap Recipe Blog

Do you love giving homemade edible gifts for Christmas and other celebrations?

Then I’m happy to present another tasty gift-worthy recipe.

This time, it’s a quick and easy mint bark, made from a bag of Andes Creme de Menthe chips. And it’s cheap. One bag of Andes Creme de Menthe Chips costs right around $3.50. With additional ingredients, the total cost of the recipe is about $4.00. Not bad for a gift, huh?

Giving food as a gift is a budget shopper’s dream. Personally, I think homemade gifts mean more than something bought at the store.

The key to making a homemade gift unforgettable is putting some thought into the packaging and labeling. I stock up on gift boxes, bags, and labels throughout the year when I find them on sale. I keep all of these items in a “gift drawer” so they’re ready to go when I need them.
