Chili

One of my favorite dishes to make is chili. There are a million (or more!) different ways to make chili, and it seems like no batch is quite like another batch. That’s part of the fun in making this quintessential American dish.

If this is your first time making chili, start with the basic chili recipe for beginners. You’ll find step-by-step directions to make a delicious and basic batch of chili. Plus, there are customization options to make it just like you like it – extra spicy, a little sweet, etc.

The white chicken chili is a recipe I make for parties. It’s a crowd-pleaser and makes a big batch, allowing party guests to keep dishing up.

And the mango habanero chili is good if you like the sweet and spicy combination. I certainly do!

Chili is a budget-friendly dish. I always keep my pantry stocked with chili-friendly ingredients like canned tomatoes and beans. That way I always have ingredients ready to make a batch.
