Traditional pancakes can make my stomach ache, but these oatcakes don’t at all. They don’t contain flour, eggs, or sugar. I made them over and over and over in 2014!

This is a lower-calorie alternative to traditional guacamole. To be honest, I wasn’t sure when I read the list of ingredients, but this dip totally rocked.
