just a quick question – i want to send these to a friend across the country. will they last for 4 or 5 days in the mail?
thanks.
I don’t think so, unfortunately. The frosting has cream cheese and could spoil. The cookies are best eaten in the first day or two.
I’d try a classic chocolate chip cookie or the monster cookies on my website – those would both last for 4 to 5 days.
How much cinnamon would you suggest?
