Wonton wrappers

Wonton wrappers can be turned into so many different, delicious snacks!

There are so many great recipes here. Where to start? The wonton mozzarella sticks can’t be beat. If you like classic mozzarella sticks, why not make them at home using this super simple method?

The wonton crackers are super delicious and super cheap. If you’re hosting a party, this is a great recipe to have up your sleeve.

The turkey and cranberry wontons are great after Thanksgiving when you have extra turkey and cranberries to use up.

A personal favorite? The banana-Nutella egg rolls. Chocolate, banana, crispy shell… these really can’t be beat.

You can find wonton wrappers (or egg roll wrappers) in the produce section of the grocery store. They’re refrigerated. Look for Nasoya, Frieda’s, or Melissa’s.

Also, keep in mind that wonton wrappers and egg roll wrappers are made out of the same ingredients, but egg roll wrappers are larger. Choose an appropriate sized wrapper for the dish you are looking to make.

To seal wonton/egg roll wrappers, simply seal the edge with a bit of water and apply with your fingertips. Fry in oil, or coat with oil and bake in the oven until crisp.
