The Whole30 diet is a 30-day eating plan that eliminates grains, legumes, dairy, alcohol, and limits sugar. It’s intended to give the body a reset by eliminating inflammatory foods.
I’ve done a few Whole30 recipes, and generally stick to a paleo diet (most of the time!) These are some favorite recipes that have gotten me through the program in great taste.
A personal favorite is the paleo sardine dip. If you’ve never tried sardines, this is a great starter recipe! It’s full of bold flavors and isn’t very “fishy”.
The chicken banh mi meatballs is a great recipe that is flavorful and easy to make. Leftovers are great too!
The make-ahead breakfast egg cups are perfect for on-the-go breakfasts. These can be frozen and made ahead of time.
The cauliflower pizza crust is a great recipe to have up your sleeve when you’re doing a Whole30 and want your pizza fix.
